What's in the box?

Canadian Black Spruce: Canadian Black Spruce is a powerful woody essential oil that has been historically used by Native Americans to support skin health and in their spiritual healing practices. It is extracted by distillation from the needles and branches of Picea mariana, or Canadian black spruce. After strenuous exercise, or if your body needs topical support, massage Canadian black spruce essential oil mixed with a carrier oil into your skin for a pleasantly soothing massage. To promote a sense of harmony and balance, you can also apply it to the back of your neck at any time during the day.

Siberian Fir: Can have a very soothing effect on the skin, making it an ideal essential oil for a pleasant massage. It contributes to easy breathing while calming the mood and providing a balancing effect.

Red Cedar: Known for its intense hues and warm, woody scent, red cedar essential oil offers a long list of beneficial effects for the skin. Red cedar is one of the most powerful balancing oils, with which you can create a calming atmosphere at the end of a long day. This tree species, native to cold climates, typically prefers high mountain slopes and can grow up to 30 meters tall. Applied topically, red cedar essential oil has a purifying effect. It is also often used for massage therapy purposes for mental and physical rest and relaxation.

Frankincense: Thanks to its rich aroma, frankincense essential oil is considered one of the most cherished and valuable oils, often called the "king" of essential oils. Ancient Egyptians used frankincense resin for centuries for countless purposes, from perfumes to balms for skin care. Due to its calming and beautifying properties, applied topically it can have a rejuvenating effect on the skin and may help reduce the appearance of skin imperfections.

Clove: The recognition of clove's beneficial properties and uses dates back to ancient Chinese and Indian cultures. As a seasoning, it adds a distinctive spicy flavour to any dish or dessert. Clove is also widely used in dental preparations, sweets, and chewing gums for its taste.

Instructions for use

For massage, mix 5 drops with approx. 10 ml of carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with approx. 5 ml of carrier oil. As a perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil. For external use only.
