What's included in the package?

Siberian Fir: Can have a very soothing effect on the skin, making it an ideal essential oil for a pleasant massage. It contributes to easy breathing while calming the mood and providing a balancing effect.

Douglas Fir: Douglas fir is a conifer native to North America. This tall-trunked, evergreen conifer has a refreshingly sweet aroma with a hint of lemon. Its oil is used for its cleansing and purifying effects on the skin and to promote a positive mood. doTERRA sustainably sources Douglas Fir essential oil from younger trees in New Zealand, where overgrown pine populations otherwise threaten the country's wildlife. By extracting its essential oil from younger firs, doTERRA helps mitigate the environmental impact of trees overrunning the region.

Grapefruit: The English name "grapefruit" refers to the fruit growing in clusters, similar to "grapes". Known for its tart, bitter taste, grapefruit is the round, orange and yellow fruit of an evergreen citrus tree. Grapefruit essential oil is extracted from the outer peel of the fruit and is valued for its many uses and beneficial properties, as well as its refreshing aroma and distinctive taste.

Frankincense: Thanks to its rich aroma, frankincense essential oil is one of the most cherished and valuable oils, often referred to as the "king" of essential oils. Ancient Egyptians used frankincense resin for countless purposes centuries ago, from perfumes to balms for skin care. Due to its calming and beautifying properties, when applied topically, it can have a rejuvenating effect on the skin and help reduce the appearance of blemishes.

Vetiver: Vetiver belongs to the grass family and is cultivated for various purposes. Unlike other grasses, its root system grows downwards, making it ideal for preventing erosion and stabilizing soil. The aroma of vetiver is rich, exotic, and very complex, making it widely used in perfumes. Thanks to its calming and balancing effects, vetiver essential oil is also excellent for massage therapy purposes. Using it before bed creates a calming atmosphere.

Instructions for use

For massage, mix 5 drops with approx. 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with approx. 5 ml carrier oil. As a perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil. For external use only.
