The balancing aroma of Amavi interacts uniquely with each individual’s chemistry to soothe, uplift, and refresh the spirit. The woody oils in the blend are particularly calming and soothing, while the herbaceous oils contribute to maintaining youthful-looking skin.

What's in the package?

Balsam Fir: The majestic, evergreen Balsam Fir yields a warm, refreshing essential oil. Native to North America, this tree can reach over 24 meters in height, with its branches covered in needles. Historically, indigenous peoples used it for ceremonial and medicinal purposes. Currently, Balsam Fir, primarily used for pulp and construction, does not tolerate urban pollution well, hence it is rarely found there, preferring forests where the air is fresh and clean. The main component of the oil, ß-Pinene, applied topically in a calming massage, offers an effective solution for skin soothing. Balsam Fir essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the tree's bark, resulting in a distinctively fresh, woody aroma.

Black Pepper: Black Pepper is a popular kitchen spice used to enhance the flavor of dishes. With an intense, pungent, fruity, and spicy aroma, Black Pepper essential oil is excellent for enhancing the taste of meats, soups, appetizers, and salads. Although Black Pepper is primarily known for its widespread culinary uses, it also offers equally remarkable benefits when applied topically.

Hinoki: Hinoki essential oil, extracted from Japanese Hinoki wood, soothes the skin. Applied topically, its fresh, woody, and balsamic aroma helps create a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, Hinoki essential oil is excellent for a soothing massage. In Japan, the oil is commonly used for relaxation in baths, and the wood itself has been used for centuries to build shrines and temples. doTERRA uses byproducts from Hinoki wood harvesting and trees deemed unsuitable for other uses to produce Hinoki essential oil, ensuring no part of these precious trees goes to waste. doTERRA has also developed a unique sourcing model that ensures the production of Hinoki essential oil contributes to Japan's forest management programs and creates jobs in the country's rural areas.
